Budgam: On December 11 at 11 am, 65-year-old Fatima Begum was washing vegetables inside her house in central Kashmirâs Budgam district when a bullet hit her right leg. It had pierced the roof of her house and had allegedly been fired by Air Force personnel during their routine firing drills.
