Vermont State Parks encourages 'First Day Hike'

Quechee Loop Trail | 1.5 miles roundtrip| Quechee State Park in Quechee, VT
Southwest Region
Button Bay Point Trail | 0.8-mile roundtrip | Button Bay State Park in Ferrisburgh, VT
Northwest Region
Marsh Brook Nature Trail | 1.5-mile roundtrip loop | Lake Carmi State Park in Enosburg Falls, VT
Northeast Region     
Shore Trail | 1.5+ mile roundtrip | Brighton State Park in Island Pond, VT
Please dress for the weather and bring snowshoes if the snow is deep. Please also bring beverages and snacks. On-leash dogs are welcome unless otherwise noted. Pre-registration is not required and hikers can simply show up whenever they’d like.
