Venezuelan Parliament to debate on previous legislature corruption
Caracas, Jan 19 (Prensa Latina) Venezuelan National Assembly debated on Tuesday in its ordinary session on acts of corruption closely linked to previous legislature, as stated by Jorge Rodríguez, president of Parliament.
On Monday, speaking to Venezolana de Televisión, Rodríguez recalled that the ABC newspaper recently revealed that Leopoldo López, a fugitive from justice, rented a house in Madrid, Spain, worth 12,000 dollars a month and said the National Assembly will request other international parliaments to dig into these acts of corruption.
