Venezuela charges Colombian intelligence with aggression

Caracas, (Prensa Latina) Revelations on Friday regarding the so-called Operation Gideon provide new evidence that Colombia's intelligence services were involved in that failed paramilitary aggression against Venezuela.
In September 2020, Venezuelan citizen Yacsy Alejandra Alvarez was arrested in Barranquilla for being one of those involved in organizing the May 3, 2020 armed incursion, led by Florida-based security firm, Silvercorp USA.
In statements to Noticias Caracol radio station from the place she was detained, which were aired in Venezuela by Venezolana de Television, Alvarez revealed details about the role the Ivan Duque administration played in the plans to assassinate President Nicolas Maduro and establish a de facto government.
