VICTORIA — Information Commissioner Michael McEvoy called out the New Democrats on Wednesday for their secretive treatment of InBC, the new Crown corporation managing $500 million worth of public investments in high risk venture capital.
The enabling legislation for the InBC Investment Corporation does not make it subject to B.C.’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, or FIPPA.
