State tax authorities have sent notices to around 200 companies, including Colgate Palmolive, LOreal, Castrol, Saint-Gobain, Whirlpool, Mastek, Domino's Pizza, and McDonald's India, seeking tax under the pre-goods and services tax (GST) regime.
