Vaca man, 31, charged with 3 deaths, faces March prelim dates

Victor Serriteno, who, in August 2020, allegedly killed Priscilla Castro, 32, of Vallejo, and later set her body on fire, which started a fire that merged into the LNU Lightning Complex and led to the death of two men, may face the death penalty, if convicted at trial.
