'Muv Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse' Anime Getting New Japanese Full-Series Blu-ray Release

With new projects coming out, a re-release of the
Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse series is on the way in Japan. Avex Pictures has scheduled a March 19th, 2021 debut for the twenty-four episode series where the new collection will be priced at 18,000 yen. The catch is that it’s all of the show on a single Blu-ray disc. No extras are being included at least.
The series originally aired throughout 2012 with a twenty-four episode run and recap episode. Animated by Satelight, it was directed by Takayuki Inagaki and had character designs by Yumiko Hara.
