Utica Police investigate shooting at Mohawk and Eagle streets
A man is expected to survive after being shot multiple times on the corner of Mohawk and Eagle streets in Utica Monday night.

UTICA, N.Y. – A man is expected to survive after being shot multiple times on the corner of Mohawk and Eagle streets in Utica Monday night.
Officers were called to the scene for a report of shots fired just after 9 p.m. While searching the area, they found shell casings on the ground. Just minutes later, they were called to the 700 block of South Street, where they found the man suffering from gunshot wounds to the arms and abdomen.
