Utah resident Lotan Abir killed in Hamas attack on Israel

Salt Lake City resident Lotan Abir, who was new to the state, was one of the more than 260 people killed in the attack at the rave Saturday afternoon, Rabbi Avremi Zippel told the Salt Lake Tribune.
