USU acquires S.L. County equestrian center in land exchange

What’s next for the long-embattled Salt Lake County Equestrian Center? A just-approved land swap will allow USU to take over center and establish Bastian Agricultural Center. County will receive 50 acres in Herriman that will help hikers, horse riders and mountain bikers access Butterfield Canyon.
