USPTO Delays Retirement of Old Systems on Eve of Patent Center Transition

On the heels of a report published Sunday by IPWatchdog, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) announced today that they will be postponing the transition to Patent Center—the tool meant to replace legacy systems, EFS-Web and Private PAIR—until November 15.
