Mounting mail to blame for semi-truck traffic
A Prince George's County neighborhood has been recently overrun with semi-trucks. FOX 5 has learned the operation is bigger than ever and is helping the postal service catch up on delayed deliveries.
FORESTVILLE, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - Inside the Marlo Furniture warehouse in Forestville, United States Postal Service workers are hurrying to get a handle on widespread mail delays in the Washington region.
They're doing it with the help of hundreds of semi-trucks working to ferry mail and packages between overwhelmed facilities.
