It comes as there's frustration at news of lockdown extensions - despite no official announcement from Government yet.
Stephanie Regan thinks we should be looking at things like roaming buskers and poetry in the park.
She feels people are desperate for something to cheer them up;
"We're in a phase now where we know how to stay safe outside - people know to stay back, to keep their masks on if they're near anybody.
