USCIS EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act Regional Center Fee Guidance

USCIS issued notification it was implementing statutorily required annual fee to fund EB-5 Integrity Fund, authorized in EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act requiring collection of annual fee of $10,000 or $20,000 from each regional center depending on number of investors.
