USAID, KOICA help mitigate climate change in Vietnam

VOV.VN - Representatives of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) signed the first Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to reduce pollution, mitigate climate change and accelerate the transition to clean energy in Vietnam.
