US: Zephyr Energy announces acquisitions and operational update

Zephyr Energy, the Rocky Mountain oil and gas company, has announced the acquisition of the remaining 25 per cent working interest across the White Sands Unit in the Paradox Basin, Utah, U.S. In addition, the Company has acquired a working-interest in a further six wells in the Williston Basin, North Dakota, U.S. To fund the Williston Acquisition, the Company has secured an US$8 million asset-backed bridge loan facility.
