US Warns China of Possible Military Action if Beijing Establishes Base in Solomon Islands

The United States has warned that it will consider military action if China establishes a base in Solomon Islands after the signing of a controversial security deal with the Pacific nation. Australia also said that the building of such a base would be a "red line" for itself and its allies.
