Urban runoff cuts bison off from part of Rocky Mountain Arsenal refuge

Water spilling off the rapidly urbanizing parts of Denver and Aurora east of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal refuge have carved a gully that blocks the bison from accessing the full refuge.
