An Upstate New York native saved two girls from a burning vehicle in Texas, according to multiple reports.
The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports Brady Pratt, who grew up in the Adirondacks hamlet of Bloomingdale, N.Y., and graduated from Saranac Lake High School in 2004, was on a road trip last Sunday, Dec. 20, with his family to pick up furniture in Corpus Christi for their home in McAllen, Texas. Along the way, they came upon a fiery head-on crash with two vehicles in Nueces County.
According to The McAllen Monitor, a male driver traveling east on FM 665 was passing multiple vehicles at an “unsafe speed” when it struck an SUV with two women and two children heading west. Both vehicles rolled off the road and caught fire.
