JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) — Bloomington-based Upland Brewing Co. is expanding its Indiana footprint with a new brewpub in Jeffersonville. The brewery says the new location will be its sixth in the state and will create about 60 jobs when it opens next month.
Upland says the brewpub will be located on the Ohio River with a 220-person indoor capacity and 220-person outdoor capacity.
“As soon as we saw the location, we knew it would fit perfectly into our Upland family of businesses,” Upland President David Bower said in a news release. “Walking into the main dining room, we wanted the incredible view to be the focal point, so we have added impressive glass sliding doors that open directly out onto the patio.”
