Upgraded murder charges pass first hurdle in case involving deaths of 2 Eagle Mountain boys

A judge on Thursday upheld the right of prosecutors to file upgraded charges of murder against an Orem man accused of hitting and killing two 3-year-old boys playing in a horse corral.
