UPDATED: Portions of storm warning and snowfall predictions downgraded as spring snows head into region

Warning includes dozens of counties in North Dakota, Minnesota and South Dakota. But for portions of the northern Red River Valley, including Grand Forks, the warning was downgraded to an advisory.
