Update: Tylerman International Film Festival returns for fourth year Aug. 5-7

The fourth annual Tylerman International Film Festival opens on Friday, Aug. 5. Andrew Tyler created the festival as a means for filmmakers to "showcase their skills without filter in support of social awareness" and tell their stories to a wider audience.
