Update (7:25 a.m.) -- There has been an arrest made in connection with a stabbing in South Fargo late Thursday evening. The Fargo Police Department confirms to WDAY Radio that 23-year-old Shawn Schwandt is in custody at the Cass County Jail in relation to the stabbing incident. The Department says at 11:48 p.m, officers responded to calls of a stabbing in the 2400 block of
