The southbound and northbound south Yreka off ramps on Interstate 5 are closed due to cars backed up from the vaccine clinic, according to scanner traffic.
Update 9:50 a.m.
The Siskiyou Public Health Department announced via Facebook that they've run out of doses of the COVID-19 vaccine for today's clinic, which is slated to begin at 10 a.m. There were 975 doses of the Pfizer vaccine set aside for today's clinic, which was planned from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
"CHP-Yreka is letting individuals in cars who are already in line, or are arriving, know this information," according to the post.
