UPDATE: Caltrans REOPENED State Route 96 in Siskiyou County after flooding, landslide

SISKIYOU COUNTY, Cal. -- Caltrans District 2 for Northern California says today State Route 96 is open again after it was closed in Siskiyou County because of a landslide.
