A 34-year-old Mayview man is facing multiple felony charges following an incident last year in Lafayette County.
A Lafayette County Sheriff’s deputy responded to a call in reference to a physical disturbance in progress on October 22, 2020. While the deputy was en route, dispatch advised that a female juvenile caller was stating that Anthony T. Miller was hitting her mom and was using a tire iron to break out the windshield of the woman’s vehicle.
When the deputy arrived, Miller refused to talk to the deputy. The deputy attempted to place Miller under arrest, he allegedly resisted and attempted to escape custody.
