UoM launches Huawei's AI course online to meet national needs during the pandemic

The Huawei ICT Academy under the aegis of the University of Mauritius (UoM) reoriented the HCIA Artificial Intelligence course online due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Launched on the 2nd March 2021, the AI training was initially conducted on a face-to-face basis.
However due to national confinement, remote online training was promptly adopted to ensure that students’ itinerary is not adjourned. On top of the HCIA AI course, HCIA Cloud computing as well as HCIA Datacom lectures are being given by the Huawei ICT Academy. From 2019, HCIA courses were delivered at the University of Mauritius benefitting numerous trainees comprising tertiary students and ICT professionals.
