Makes new executive appointments to help the company execute on its strategies once the Televisa-Univision merger has been completed

MIAMI—In the run-up to the completion of the Televisa-Univision deal, Univision Holdings, Inc., has revamped its corporate leadership structure and announced a number of the new appointments that the company hopes will help it grow and execute on its strategies once the merger has been completed later in 2021.
