University of Iowa physicians to pay $2M after woman dies following MRI

The state of Iowa will consider paying $2 million to the daughters of a Muscatine woman who died during an MRI at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in 2018 from an allergic reaction to the contrast dye administered intravenously.
