United Way HPE unveils $2.2M campaign goal

United Way Hastings and Prince Edward kicked off its 2023 fundraising campaign in high spirits with a packed pancake breakfast Wednesday, rolling out a $2.2 million goal to support 42 agencies and 65 programs.
