The United Way of Southern Chautauqua County has hired Lindsey Rensel as its new director of community impact.
“We are thrilled that Lindsey has joined our team here at the United Way,” says Amy Rohler, executive director. “Our strategic mission and objectives are in line with her experience and expertise. Her commitment to this community and collaborative approach make her a great addition to our organization.”
Rensel has recently served as the associate director of the Liberty Partnerships Program through Jamestown Community College. She also served as a navigator in the program, working with several local school districts help at-risk students achieve high school graduation with a college and career-ready mindset. Rensel has a bachelor’s degree in public relations and is currently working on a master’s degree in strategic leadership through St. Bonaventure University. She is member of the Board of Directors of Chautauqua Leadership Network, in addition to a variety of community and volunteer commitments.
