Trong bối cảnh dịch bệnh Covid-19 tiếp tục diễn biến phức tạp, Thứ trưởng Bộ NNPTNT Nguyễn Hoàng Hiệp yêu cầu việc ứng phó thiên tai phải đảm bảo an toàn tính mạng người dân, không để dịch bệnh lây lan khi phải sơ tán dân. Các địa phương thực hiện nghiêm kịch bản phòng, chống thiên tai.
