Under new budget, NY is the first state to mandate paid prenatal leave

SUNY Potsdam professor Lauren Diamond-Brown says the 20 hours off during pregnancy will help people access prenatal healthcare but won't be enough for those in rural parts of the North Country who have to travel long distances to appointments.
