Unaccompanied learner driver who tested positive for drugs arrested and car seized

In a follow-up inquiry, Gardai confirmed that the car was seized under the Clancy Amendment.
"FCPNs (fixed charge penalty notices) were issued and the driver, a male, was arrested,” the Garda Press Office added.
“Investigations are ongoing.”
