Unable to attend classes, transfer money, villagers living near Singhu say they're 'collateral damage'
Villagers living near Delhi's Singhu border say they have no issues with the farmers' agitation but internet shutdowns and police barricading have made life very difficult for them.

Even as several men claiming to be locals clashed with protesting farmers at Singhu border just a few days ago, residents of villages in the vicinity of the Delhi-Haryana border do not have any issues with the agitation, except for huge traffic snarls and internet shutdown.
