UN formalizes ceasefire monitoring instance in Colombia

Bogota, Aug 27 (Prensa Latina) The Office of the High Commissioner for Peace confirmed that the first regional instance of the Mechanism for Monitoring and Verification of the ceasefire between the Government of Colombia and the ELN was formalized.
