UMass Memorial Health Care administers first COVID vaccine to emergency room nurse Emily Palumbo in Clinton

UMass Memorial Health administered its first coronavirus vaccine on Wednesday, providing it to an emergency room nurse at a hospital in Clinton.
The health care provided shared a number of photos on Twitter of ER nurse Emily Palumbo at UMass Memorial HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital receiving the vaccine.

UMass Memorial in Worcester received Pfizer’s vaccine at around 9 a.m. on Tuesday. Vaccinations at that facility are expected to begin on Thursday.
