'Full-Day Childcare Can Help Women Double Their Incomes'

The government needs to invest up to 1% of GDP in early childhood care, says Mirai Chatterjee, chairperson, SEWA Cooperative Federation. It must extend the hours of childcare offered under the Integrated Child Development Services.
