Ulfa-I: Ulfa-I alters death penalty of youth held for 'spying' | Guwahati News

Ulfa-I has altered the punishment of death penalty it had given to one Manash Borgohain for allegedly spying on the outfit for the Assam Police to disqualification of his membership from the organization for five years.
