Ukraine 'terror' case against Russia largely rejected by ICJ – DW – 01/31/2024

A case brought to the UN's top court in 2017 accused Russia of violating an anti-terrorism treaty by funding pro-Russia separatists, and sought compensation for the victims of flight MH17 shot down over eastern Ukraine.
