Ukiah woman found dead inside vehicle submerged in Forestville floodwaters

The storm death toll continued to climb Wednesday as a woman was found dead inside a vehicle submerged in Forestville and investigators were trying to determine if the cause of death of two people in Sea Ranch was weather-related.
