'Juffrou' Layusa calls it a day permanently

Layusa Oslodien started her teaching career at a very young age at her alma mater, Strand Moslem Primary School in 1982. Serving under five principals, Oslodien holds the distinction of being the first educator to serve the same school for 41 continuous years. The Strand Muslim community wishes to thank “Juffrou Oslodien” for the motherly and caring way in which she taught their children and wish her well in her retirement.
