UCT crisis: Mpati, Khampepe, Cachalia to head probe into VC Phakeng and council chair

Three senior judges have been asked to head up an independent probe at the University of Cape Town to look into allegations of gross misconduct by vice-chancellor Mamokgethi Phakeng and council chairperson Babalwa Ngonyama.
