UC Berkeley Library calls for protection of fair use in AI training

As a response to the U.S. Copyright Office’s notice of inquiry concerning artificial intelligence and copyright, UC Berkeley Library called for protection of fair use in AI training necessary for campus research in a letter submitted Monday.
