U.S. President Joe Biden's team issued a memo to unveil the main theme of the 2024 re-election campaign. The memo did not outline any major shift in campaign strategy, but instead provided a broad rebuttal to criticism of Biden's age and the way the economy was handled. The poll found that the issues on which Biden has an advantage — Social Security, abortion, health care and democracy — are the issues highlighted by the campaign.
