U.S. Marshals Service Apprehends Binghamton Fugitive With Illegal Firearm

Binghamton resident Charles Harrison, sentenced to 4 years in federal prison for illegal possession of a firearm as a convicted felon. The arrest and conviction were the result of collaborative efforts by the US Attorney's Office and US Marshals Service.
