U.S. Flags Fly at Half-Staff in Honor of Rosalynn Carter

President Joe Biden signed a proclamation ordering all U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff from Saturday, Nov. 25, until Wednesday, Nov. 29, 'as a mark of respect for the memory of Rosalynn Carter.' Carter died on Nov. 19 at the age of 96.
