ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — For two weeks now, the University of Rochester has been closely watching an increase among its undergrad students. Tuesday, the school sent them a word of caution, and some advice to reverse the spread.
News10NBC talked to some students who are taking the news in stride, but they're also hoping their peers will do what it takes to keep the school from going on pause.
University Vice Provost and Director Dr. Ralph Manchester is urging all students to take this recent increase in COVID-19 cases on campus very seriously. Students were alerted that the current number of cases is as high as it was back in September. Students we talked to were not overly shocked when they found out.
